My Health Journey Goals for 2020: Part 1

by Brittany Hollie

If you guys recall my second to last post,  What’s Going On and Where Have I Been?, you’ll remember that last year was one of, if not the hardest and most challenging, years of my life. I put together a course of action for my health journey and am fully confident this action plan will help me beat these chronic and autoimmune diseases! I just wanted to get on here and share my health journey goals for 2020 with y’all.

Disclaimer About My Health Journey Goals for 2020

Now, I wanted to put a little bit of a disclaimer out there before sharing my list with you guys. I gave the same disclaimer on  Twitter when I had shared my list on there last month. See, if you follow me on Twitter you’ll already be in the know about these things!  😉 Anyway, this is the disclaimer: I’ve been researching each of these treatments for years and am fully confident that they will help me fight the mold & mycotoxins, viruses, bacteria, and diseases that I’m fighting. I’m not making any claims that these treatments can help heal or treat any disease that you may have. All I will do is list the known benefits of the treatments. If you’d like to try any of these treatments, by all means, try them! I don’t and cannot promise you any results. Find what works best for you.

If I explained each therapy right now y’all will be here reading all day! 🤣 I also plan to record YouTube videos explaining the therapies as well. Fingers crossed that I’ll be able to vlog some of these therapies as well! 🤞🏾

Phew, YES! I know exactly what you are thinking, this list is exhaustive and I realize that. LOL Will I be able to complete ALL of these therapies in 2020? I will complete most of them in 2020. I will definitely complete all of them by 2021. To say I think I need these therapies is an understatement. I know for a fact I need these therapies because I need to push all of these stored toxins OUT! My liver and other organs can only handle so much in the state that it is in.

Why Should You Detox If You Have a Liver?

That’s one thing that bothers me about people that say you shouldn’t detox because your liver detoxes everything already. They tend to forget that we live in a very industrialized society where our bodies are constantly inundated with toxins from the air we breathe, to the products we use on our bodies, to the food that we eat, to the products that we use to clean our homes.

Your body is constantly detoxing you from toxins from petrochemicals, toxins from bacteria & viruses, toxins from mold, etc. There will be times that your liver will feel overwhelmed ESPECIALLY if you aren’t eating real food, exercising, breathing properly, and doing everything that you can to support your detox systems. In essence, that’s what the supplements and therapies help you to do, they help support your liver and other detox organs (gut, kidneys, skin, and lungs) to do their job more efficiently.

Herbal medicines and supplements are my friends for this very reason! I view them as supporting players to the star, your body. Your body is the star of the team. It knows exactly what it needs to do in order to heal itself and return to homeostasis. Your body just needs a little help with doing its job. You give it a piece of code and it computes and runs the program it was designed to do. That’s exactly what all of these therapies are doing as well! They assist your body in working the way it was designed.

In Part 2 I will explain why I’m using these healing therapies in my healthy journey. Be on the lookout for Part 2 tomorrow! So far, what do you all think? Let me know in the comments section.

It would be a huge help to me if you guys could share this post using the share buttons at the side, top, or bottom of this post. Also, be sure to follow me on  Twitter to see the exact moment that My Health Journey Goals for 2020 goes live.
