Ingredients
1/3cupcarrot, chopped
1/2cupcantaloupe, cubed
1/2tsporganic red beet powder
1/4 tspground cardamom
1/4 tspground ginger
1-2tspraw honey
1/4cuporganic vanilla yogurt
1/2cupalmond milk
4-6cubesice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Recipe Notes
If you want your smoothie to be a little sweeter you can add more honey. Or if you prefer a thicker or thinner smoothie adjust the amount of ice or milk.
