Carrot, cantaloupe, and red beet powder combine to create a power boosting smoothie to get your day started right!

  • 1/3 cup carrot , chopped
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe , cubed
  • 1/2 tsp organic red beet powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 cup organic vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 4-6 cubes ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Recipe Notes

If you want your smoothie to be a little sweeter you can add more honey. Or if you prefer a thicker or thinner smoothie adjust the amount of ice or milk.
