Ingredients
3 1/2cupswater
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1teaspoonground ginger
1/2teaspoonground cardamom
1/2teaspooncayenne
1/2teaspoonground turmeric
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoongranulated garlic
Juice of ½ lemon
1-2teaspoonsapple cider vinegar
1teaspoonraw honey
Instructions
In a pitcher, add water and all of the spices and lemon juice. Whisk together until completely combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
To serve: Shake the pitcher. In a coffee mug, add half a cup of detox tea and then microwave for 45 seconds-1 minute. Remove the mug from the microwave and add the apple cider vinegar and raw honey. Stir the tea and then drink immediately.
