9th Annual Brewmasters Craft Beer Festival

Are you guys ready for the 9th Annual Brewmasters Craft Beer Festival like I am?! I’ve been talking about it on social media for a few weeks now.

The Brewmasters Craft Beer Festival is one of the largest in the country and it will be held at Moody Gardens in Galveston, TX. YES to festivals that are held indoors with A/C! 🤣 I don’t know about you guys but on that fact alone I am sold. LOL 

Here’s everything you need to know about The Brewmasters Craft Beer Festival!

When: Labor Day Weekend August 31 – September 2

Where: Moody Gardens in Galveston, TX (Moody Gardens Hotel & Convention Center, One Hope Boulevard, Galveston, Texas 77554

Reasons You Want to Attend: This is much more than just a beer festival, it’s an educational experience thanks to 2018 Beer University Seminar Stage where you can learn all about unusual beer styles, beer pairing, and more. I’ll break down what each day entails:

• Friday: Nach-yo Ordinary Tequila Tasting. Sample different tequilas and mezcals as you enjoy the tasty preparations at the nacho bar. 

• Saturday: Brewhaha VIP Lounge & Brewhaha Grand Tasting. In the VIP Lounge you will get to experience the premium beer selections in a private area and will have early access to the Brewhaha Grand Tasting area where you can try the “Taste It First” selections (that aren’t yet available to the public), interactive games, and seminars. In the VIP Lounge you will also get to try a special chocolate and beer pairing from expert chocolatier, owner, and founder of Xocolla Chocolates, Tony Najjar. (He makes some of the BEST chocolate I’ve ever tasted!) At the Brewhaha Grand Tasting you will be able to meet the brewmasters and owners of the breweries as well as sample their offerings through the Texas Brewery Tasting Tour.

• Sunday: Brew-B-Que. Pit Master Patrick Feges of Feges BBQ will be bringing the heat to this event. You will get a 2 meat + 2 sides BBQ plate with samples of beer to round your weekend.
